It’s been a few days since I’ve last posted here but I am back and ready for this blogging journey again. (To be honest, I was running out of ideas and I was not inspired at all. But, I am here which means I am motivated again 😉 )
Back to this post, I’m not saying that your life is boring but sometimes things are just not that exciting and happening as you would want them to be.
Just wanted to share with you how to get more excitement and more enjoyment in your life.
Not that I am going to change your life or anything, but by just adding some few changes here and there you will be able to see the difference.
1. If you work from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and have no time to destress and are feeling tired and lazy after work, then what you can do is go on walks in the weekends or go on walks after your dinner every day or every other day. It might sound stupid but if you have never done it before, you will definitely see a change.
This is to make you do something you never usually do in order to break the routine. Now, if you want to go to the gym and lose weight and always feel like you can’t do it because you don’t have time, then make time for it. you can totally go to the gym in the morning before work, or after work. It all depends on your determination and will power.
If you think this will make your life less boring, then do it and you will feel good and energetic. (go with your partner or a friend, to make it more fun and try to compete with each other. Just to keep you motivated everytime you go to the gym.)
2. If you are the conventional family or couple who after dinner, watch some tv and then go to bed, you can change this by adding some fun.
You can play some boardgames or video games. This will be fun for everybody especially after a hard day at work or school.
It might not be everyday but at least you know you can have some fun time with the family.
3. If you usually don’t go out and rather stay at home on the weekends, the least you can do to turn these dull saturdays and sundays into a funday is to go on a picnic, fishing, hike or go to the pool, cinema, make plans with family and friends.
If you choose to stay home, you can still do crafts, baking, watch a movie, play indoor games, invite friends/family over for lunch or dinner or do some gardening.
Life gets boring when you don’t try to make it exciting. If you keep doing the same thing everyday and every year, then you are missing a lot peeps. You have one life and boring is not what you want it to be.
So go out, relax, enjoy, have fun, travel, go on long drives, just keep doing new things and you will see the outcome.
I’m sure when you will be doing all of these things, you won’t have time to complain about a boring life or saying ‘I have nothing to do’.
Don’t be on your phone or computer too much. This makes you more boring and you tend to think that the only way to prevent boredom is to use your phone. (sorry to those who don’t agree.)
P. S Always experiment new things and don’t be afraid to be different.
You deserve to be happy and to enjoy life to the fullest. If you are bored, it’s because you are not trying something new.
