Most of the time, people feel demotivated because it is hard to keep going but always remember that behind every effort of yours, there is a result. The result should be the reason for your motivation. All you need to remind yourself is why do you go to the gym, go to work or go to school (Just to name a few things). You know the answers and It is up to you to decide, whether you are making the required efforts to get closer to your answers.
“It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs.”
― Jillian Michaels
2. Having a to-do list is very important because it guides you throughout the day. The good thing is that you already have a plan for the day and all you need to do is tackle everything one by one. Normally when somebody challenges you for something, you get excited and ready to compete. It should be the same when you set a goal/deadline for yourself. “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.”
― Jordan Belfort
